Synopsis

Venture Communications, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Sandra and Mike Hensley. Eric Burch acquired the company in 1997 with a vision to be a service organization and build a corporate work environment where employees loved to come to work everyday because it never felt like work. By providing excellent service for over 25 years of business in our community, it was a natural progression to offer enterprise level IT products and services as Venture Communications grew. Today, Venture Communications’ employees a staff of over 35, all dedicated to providing our customers with the highest standards of service, support and quality equipment from leading manufacturers like ESI, Panasonic, Samsung, Dell, Cisco, Panduit, ICC, Avaya and many , many more.

Relationship with ESI and the product line

Our customer base is our greatest asset. The manner in which we serve our customers determines the strength of our company. Venture Communications always strives to offer the best solutions to our existing and potential customers. This is the primary reason that Venture Communications originally decided to represent the ESI product line. As a result of our relationship with ESI, our clients achieve maximum value-added benefits for their organizations.

ESI is very cautious to avoid saturating any given market with too many resellers. This is very different than most major manufacturers of enterprise telephone equipment. The usual philosophy is, “The more the merrier!” This philosophy places all distributors at a serious disadvantage. ESI’s controlled growth ensures that its authorized resellers are able to make a fair margin and care for their customer base without interference from “trunkers.” By making most of the product line available only to authorized ESI resellers who have been factory trained, ESI is protecting their good name in the industry and building an excellent reputation for the product line. This allows Venture Communications to market the ESI product with full confidence in the reliability of the product and the consistently excellent level of customer support for which ESI is known.

Venture Communications has represented the ESI product line since 1996. Over that time period, ESI has proven to be a reliable partner that has enhanced our relationship with our clients by:

  1. Strictly adhering to quality standards in their product line and customer service.
  2. Providing unique solutions to meet our customers’ needs and enhance productivity.
  3. Allowing Venture Communications to maximize its revenue, profit, profit margin and public business.

Available Services

Telco Bill Review and Reconciliation
Venture Communications will pick up Local, LD and Broadband bills and submit them to either Enercom or G2 Solutions for audit and be able to provide our clients recommendations for the following:

  1. Lines that should have been disconnected in the past
  2. In House wiring Maintenance fees for cabling that they actually own
  3. Partner Plan Contracts for maintaining equipment and guaranteeing annual audits of bills.
